REFUND POLICY


At HJ Animation Shop, we strive for transparency and fairness in our dealings with clients. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity on the circumstances under which refunds can be processed.

  1. Project Not Initiated:
    If a project has not commenced, clients are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
  2. Project in Progress:
    Once the project has started, a refund can still be requested, but a deduction of 20% of the total project cost will apply to cover initial project setup and planning.
  3. Project Completion:
    Once a project is completed, no refunds will be issued.
    How to Request a Refund:
    Clients must submit a written request for a refund via email or our designated communication channels.
    Clearly state the reason for the refund request and provide any relevant details.
    Refund Processing:
    Refund requests will be processed within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the written request.
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    Exceptions:
    In cases where HJ Animation Shop is unable to initiate or complete a project, a full refund will be processed.
    Change of Mind:
    Refund requests based on a change of mind after project initiation will be subject to the aforementioned terms.
